Refund & Return Policy

Due to the nature of food products, we do not accept returns of opened or used items.
Returns are accepted only if the product is damaged, expired, defective, or the wrong item was delivered.
Any issue must be reported within 24 hours of receiving the order, with clear photos or videos.
Once approved, we will provide a replacement or refund as applicable.
Delivery charges are non-refundable unless the error was made by Moon's Products.

சேதமடைந்த, காலாவதியான, குறைபாடுள்ள அல்லது தவறான பொருள் அனுப்பப்பட்டிருந்தால் மட்டுமே திருப்பி ஏற்கப்படும்.
பொருள் கிடைத்த 24 மணி நேரத்திற்குள் புகைப்படம் அல்லது வீடியோ ஆதாரத்துடன் எங்களுக்குத் தெரிவிக்க வேண்டும்.
சரிபார்த்த பின் மாற்றுப் பொருள் அல்லது பணம் திருப்பி வழங்கப்படும்.
Moon's Products தரப்பில் தவறு ஏற்பட்டிருந்தாலன்றி, விநியோகக் கட்டணம் திருப்பி வழங்கப்படாது.

ආහාර නිෂ්පාදන වන බැවින් විවෘත කළ හෝ භාවිත කළ භාණ්ඩ ආපසු භාර නොගනී.
හානි වූ, කල් ඉකුත් වූ, දෝෂ සහිත හෝ වැරදි භාණ්ඩයක් ලැබුණු අවස්ථාවලදී පමණක් ආපසු භාරගනු ලැබේ.
භාණ්ඩය ලැබුණු පැය 24ක් ඇතුළත පැහැදිලි ඡායාරූප හෝ වීඩියෝ සමඟ අපට දැනුම් දිය යුතුය.
අනුමැතියෙන් පසු අවශ්‍ය නම් ප්‍රතිස්ථාපන භාණ්ඩයක් හෝ මුදල් ආපසු ලබා දෙනු ලැබේ.
Moon's Products විසින් සිදු වූ වරදක් නොමැති නම් බෙදාහැරීමේ ගාස්තු ආපසු ලබා නොදේ.
